Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Lead requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Work on system integration projects involving multiple applications, APIs, third-party systems, and enterprise platforms.
Analyze existing systems and define integration requirements, data mapping, workflows, and business processes.
Participate in new application development projects from concept through deployment.
Prepare effort estimations, project scope documents, and requirement sizing in collaboration with technical teams.
