About the Role
Duration: Long-term contract
Compensation: $55-60/hr W2
Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA
This role will be working on documenting requirements for the migration from Salesforce to Dynamics. Focused on gathering requirements from stakeholders to understand what existing processes they have in place, documenting user stories, etc.

Requirements:
- 8+ years Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
- 5+ years hands-on experience creating process flows, diagrams, and documentation (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
- 3+ years supporting telecommunications industry
- 2+ years of Salesforce CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM migration experience
