Business Analyst

To elicit, analyze and interpret business requirements for solution development and serve as conduit between the business units, the digital team and software vendors/service providers, if any through which requirements flow.

• Elicits business requirements from all stakeholders in terms of business rules, process flows, corresponding inputs and outputs, performance matrices and control measures. This includes anticipating requirements that will be needed in the future or have not yet been considered but is relevant or essential to successful outcomes
• Organizes requirements into related categories to effectively review, analyze, manage and communicate. Focusing to integrate or simplify them.
