One of Australia’s leading Federal Government agencies is seeking an experienced MS 365 Business Analyst to support the delivery of a major Microsoft 365 transformation initiative. The successful candidate will work within a high-performing ICT delivery team responsible for implementing and enhancing enterprise collaboration services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Copilot. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering, analysing and documenting requirements while supporting the design and deployment of core Microsoft 365 capabilities across the organisation.
