- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand business needs and objectives
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
- Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and business users throughout project implementation
- Support solution design, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation activities
