Business Analyst - HRIS Implementation | full-time 6 month fixed term

In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of a complex HRIS implementation, including:

• Validating requirements, facilitating workshops, and mapping key processes
• Supporting system design to meet HR, Workforce Management, and Compliance needs
• Assisting with data mapping, migration, and configuration activities
• Coordinating testing, UAT, and change support materials
• Contributing to project delivery, risk management, and team collaboration

You’ll bring strong BA capability and experience to support a successful HRIS implementation, including:

• Proven experience delivering SaaS implementations, with strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement skills
