DESCRIPTION

• Product Mindset & Solution Ownership: Treat business solutions as products – define problem statements, build roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and own outcomes end-to-end. Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, measurable value, and iterative releases.
• Sales & Commercial Process Excellence: Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and pipeline management to forecasting, conversion, and revenue realization. Partner with commercial teams to identify friction points and design data-driven interventions that improve sales velocity and effectiveness.
• Agentic AI & Transformation: Lead the ideation, design, testing, and deployment of Agentic AI solutions across functions such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience. Define au...
