Business Analyst – Visa POD

Role Overview: The Business Analyst supporting the Visa POD will play a key role in the ongoing evolution, optimization, and support of Visa products and processes. This role focuses on continuous delivery, operational improvements, and enhancement initiatives across the end‑to‑end card ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Delivery Support: Support the Visa POD in delivering ongoing enhancements, defect resolution, and operational improvements across Visa products; translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements aligned to POD priorities and sprint goals; manage and refine backlog items in partnership with the Product Owner, ensuring readiness for sprint planning.
