About the Role

Vehicle Technician – Oxfordshire Area (Didcot area)
 £25.00 per hour (Mon–Fri) | £28.75 per hour (Weekends)
4-on / 4-off shift rotation | 5:00AM – 5:00PM

We’re hiring a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at a well-established bus depot in the Oxfordshire area. This is a permanent role offering excellent pay, regular overtime, and a stable shift pattern.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct mechanical servicing, repairs, and inspections on a fleet of buses
  • Handle chassis repairs, brake changes, oil servicing, air system replacements, and more
  • Perform basic electrical diagnostics (plug-and-play level)
    • What You’ll Bring
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
  • Experience in HGV, PSV, or light vehicle servicing
  • Strong mechanical skills with basic electrical understanding
  • Flexible to work weekends (10% uplift in pay)
