About the Role
Join Bunge as a Loadout Operator, playing a key role in loading operations with a pay rate starting at $32/hour. This modified shift work involves both safety promotion and mechanical skill application.
As a Loadout Operator, you will ensure the safe and efficient loading of meal, pellet, and oil while adhering to safety standards. You’ll also manage daily inspections of the Trackmobile and communicate across departments effectively. This role suits individuals who appreciate detail and multitasking while working in outdoor conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load product into trucks and rail cars daily
• Check inventory levels and perform fire checks
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and working areas
• Write safe work permits and execute documentation
• Collaborate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or GED completion
• Mechanical aptitude and rail experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
