an opportunity for a Bulk Vessel Loadout Lead to join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location. A Loadout Lead is responsible for the overall operations of the loadout department and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Directly oversees and monitors production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications. Collaborate with Milling department to meet customer specifications and timeline.

• Optimize operational efficiencies to support the facility's production.

• Facilitate maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.

• Schedule labor according to the production needs and guidelines.

• Ensure the loadout area is organized and clean at all times.
