Job Title: HVAC Estimator & Project Engineer (Mechanical Engineering Draftsperson)

Salary: $80,000 to $90,000

POSITION OBJECTIVE

This role involves:

· Analyzing and reviewing all project requirements and documents, including associated drawings, specifications, scope of works and the like.

· Coordinating and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to develop accurate cost estimates.

· Assist in managing the design, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems. In addition, we will be involved in projects to ensure they meet specifications, deadlines, and budget requirements.

· Collaboration with various (internal and external) teams, including design, construction, and procurement, as well as with clients, contractors and sub-contractors.
