Position Summary & Scope: Provide administrative assistance to other departments of the assigned branch with the objective of meeting the administrative requirements of business on day to day basis. This is a local level role having medium term impact on the overall organizational goals.

Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)

• Office Infrastructure Management: Monitor smooth working of telephone lines, liaise with MTNL, process monthly bills;
  monitor housekeeping;
  arrange pest control services in the premises;
  arrange for potted plants and its maintenance;
  plan and oversee seating arrangements;
