Job Summary The Role: We have an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our East (Kirkintilloch and Twechar) Estates and Facilities Management Team. The successful applicant will be based at William Patrick Library in Kirkintilloch undertaking the role of Building Manager. As the Building Manager you will lead a team, using a proactive, organised, and methodical approach to facility the effective running of the cleaning and janitorial services within William Patrick Library. What we’re looking for: * A reliable, motivated individual with good attention to detail * Someone approachable, professional, and customer focused * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills are essential Working Hours: The post hours are 37hrs per week, working to a 2-week rotation shift pattern over 52 weeks per year.
