What you’ll do
As a not-for-profit housing organisation providing more affordable homes for Londoners, we’re looking now for people to join us as building managers, new roles created as part of a refresh of our operations team to ensure we’re set up in the best way to deliver the things that matter most to our residents. 
How you’ll do it
As a building manager, you’ll collaborate closely with housing officer colleagues for specific locations to provide an excellent customer service and be accountable to residents. 
Specific duties will include:
Ensure communal areas and estates are well-maintained and aligned with residents' expectations.
Be accountable to residents, ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and service charges are fair and transparent.
Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a good knowledge of buildings and service charges.
