**Job Description**
This role provides hands-on maintenance and janitorial support for a downtown office building, ensuring that all areas remain safe, functional, and presentable. The Building Maintenance Technician performs routine preventative maintenance, responds to emergencies, turns over tenant spaces, and supports property operations while delivering excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.
**Responsibilities**
+ Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance and assigned work orders in coordination with the Property Manager.
+ Drive to property locations and supply houses as needed to obtain tools, materials, and supplies.
