3 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose Ensure responsive repairs, new build handovers, and housing asset improvement works are delivered to a high standard, meeting quality, safety, and customer satisfaction expectations. Monitor contractor performance, support service delivery, and contribute to the effective management of housing assets and compliance. Key Responsibilities Conduct post-inspections of responsive repair works to ensure compliance with specifications, health and safety requirements, and contract standards. Inspect and sign off new build property handovers, ensuring homes are completed free from defects. Monitor the quality and fire safety standards of fibre optic broadband and mobile phone mast installations within housing stock.
