BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM) TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities

. Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Modelling (BIM) models for Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit throughout all stages of the project.

. Produce accurate and coordinated shop drawings, construction drawings, builders' work drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models in accordance with project specifications, consultant requirements, and company standards.

. Create, manage, and maintain Revit project files, ensuring that BIM models are organised, updated, and coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.

. Prepare and update detailed layouts and routing for electrical services, including but not limited to: Cable trays and cable trunking, Electrical conduits, Underground services, Slab conduit routing, Lighting layouts,Small power layouts, Lightning protection systems, Electrical equipment and distribution boards, Other MEP services where required
