Building Fabric Technician

Role Description:

The Building Fabric Technician will be primarily responsible for assisting the Facilities Management Maintenance Team across multiple Buildings for a commercial customer.

The role is based in the Sandyford/Leopardstown area.

Workings hours are a 39-hour week rostered between 7am and 6pm Mon-Fri

Key Accountabilities:

       Carry out inspections of Building Fabric

       Ensure all equipment is in good working order, remove from use any damaged equipment and repair or replace as appropriate.

       Report defects and damage and help source replacements.
