About the Role We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented BuildingEngineer to support and oversee BCA-mandated building inspections, includingPeriodic Façade Inspection (PFI) projects across residential, commercial,industrial, and mixed-use developments in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuringcompliance with the Singapore Building Control Act, managing inspectionprocesses, preparing technical reports, coordinating façade inspections(including drone-assisted inspections), and liaising with clients, consultants,and authorities. Key Responsibilities Periodic Façade Inspection (PFI) Plan, manage and execute façade inspection projects in accordance with BCA regulations. Carry out visual and technical façade assessments using conventional methods and/or drone technology.
