Building Control Inspector

We are currently working with a Local Authority in the East of England who are seeking five experienced Building Control professionals to support their statutory Building Control service. These roles are on a permanent basis and will focus on domestic and specialist inspections, enforcement, and strategic delivery aligned with the Building Safety Regulator’s requirements.

Salary Package (Domestic), Class 2F/Class 2D: £47,881-£50,269 annually, £3205 Car Allowance, £5000 yearly market supplement and dangerous callout payments (hourly)

Salary Package (Specialist), Class 3G/Class 3H: £53,560- £56,681 annually, £3205 Car Allowance, £10000 yearly market supplement and dangerous callout payments (hourly)
