Building Automation DDC Programmer 

My client is a top notch Energy Management and Building Automation firm. They are actively seeking 5+ years of Building Automation Programming and/or Design. • The position will require both in office support and jobsite visits. • Communicate with customers and in-house technical and engineering staff • Programs and commissions local DDC and network controllers and the BAS front end computers per sequences of operation and contract documents. • Integrates to 3rd party systems/equipment such as BACnet, LON, and Modbus on Chillers, Boilers, VFD’s, Generators, Rooftop Units (RTU’s), VRF’s, FAS, etc. • Follows company established programming standards and precedents. • Provides onsite and offsite technical support during installation, start-up, commissioning and turnover processes. • Participates in onsite walk-throughs, formal commissioning and customer demonstration/ training on assigned projects. • Organiz...
