JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Monitoring of cleaning for common area and surroundings of the building.
  • Control the safety of the building.
  • Supervising the garden arrangement and plant maintenance.
  • Controlling and supervising the subcontractors for fitting out of tenants' area and unit area.
  • Arrange the meetings with cleaning services and safety services at least once a month to discuss any corrections.
  • Supervising the car parking ticket and car park arrangement.
  • Inspecting the daily report recoreded by security attendants.
  • Preaparing information list of tenents / co-owners tenants.
