Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, clean, cut, and portion chicken according to specifications. Marinate, season, and bread chicken following recipe and procedures. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety when handling raw chicken. Check chicken for freshness and quality before preparation.
