To assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies and to achieve departmental budget.To secure new and renewals account under broker portfolioServicing brokers under portfolio/to assist in claims/handling issues raised by brokers.To assist in managing premium collections/monitoring outstanding premium ageing to desired levelExecute all sales and marketing related activities and assist the Head of Department on daily operations and marketing activities.To ensure the business portfolio mixed (motor and non-motor) to desired ratio. Degree or Equivalent and 7 or more years of sales in General broking segment Competencies
