As a full-time soldier, entry-level Bricklayer in the British Army, youll: Become a qualified bricklayer and concreter ready to work on infrastructure projects Learn general construction, scaffolding, concreting, block laying and task planning Learn to work under tough conditions across the world Study for qualifications including a NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Bricklaying and Concreting (Military Engineering) To qualify, you must: Be between 16 years 6 months and 35 years 6 months Have a GCSE Grade A-C/9-5 or Scottish National 5 in Maths, English Language and one other subject Be able to pass a basic fitness test.
