The Job

The trainee supports the Brand Standards & Implementation team members, as well as other members of the Brand & Guest Experience department as required. This means the trainee will support and be involved in projects on Global level. The different areas within the team work together to ensure that the departments’ goals are reached and continuously improved. The departmental goal is to leverage brand equity, drive awareness and increase the efficiencies of hotel operations. In addition, the Brand Standards and Implementation team strives to validate the brand strategy and support hotels with successful initiative implementation, in line with RHG’s strategic 5-year plan.
