Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the brand during events, activations, and in-store promotions
• Engage with customers and provide information about products/services
• Deliver a high-quality and consistent brand experience
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or elevate when required
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
• Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
• Support sales team in driving customer engagement and conversions

Requirements

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service / hospitality / brand promotion
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
