About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at the mall. In this role, you’ll engage with shoppers, promote our products/services, and create a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and interact with mall visitors in a friendly and professional way
- Share product knowledge, answer questions, and encourage purchases/sign-ups
- Hand out samples or promotional materials (when applicable)
- Set up and maintain promotional displays/booths
- Meet daily or weekly engagement/sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays)
