Qualifications and Standards College degree preferred in business, finance, accounting or a related field 
With basic accounting knowledge 
With 2 years experience in Restaurant management 
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals 
Strong communication , problem solving and decision making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues. 
Results driven and customer focused 
Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
