Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head / Workshop In-Charge to oversee the daily operations of a multi-brand automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service quality, and handling customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day workshop operations for multiple vehicle brands

Lead, guide, and allocate work to technicians efficiently

Monitor repair jobs to ensure timely completion and quality standards

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally

Coordinate with spare parts team for timely availability of parts and tools
