Branch Head

Branch Head will be responsible for managing and operating all aspects of branch’s business and activities; manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field is required with min 5 years’ experience in leadership roles is a must.
• Demonstrated operational expertise in Heavy Equipment, Truck, Bus Sales dan Aftermarket
• Familiar with rules and regulations of Heavy Equipment, Truck & Bus industry;
• Having a good network and relationships with mining customers, leasing, government, etc;
• Proven business and people management experience;
• Great interpersonal and communication skills;
