BPM & BPR Transformation Analyst - Hospitality & Golf Ops

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives across hospitality asset management and golf operations.
• Conduct process discovery documentation modelling and optimization.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical data-driven improvements.
• Use SAP Signavio (or similar BPM tools) to model and analyze processes.
• Define and track process KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support process standardization across multi-asset portfolios.
• Facilitate workshops with operational and business stakeholders.
• Assist with change management and adoption of redesigned processes.
• Act as a liaison between Business IT and Transformation teams.
