About the Role

Job Purpose:


- The Bookkeeper at CITY WIDE FACILITY SOLUTIONS will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries, to support the financial health and integrity of the organization.



Key Responsibilities:


- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.


- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.


- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.


- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.


- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
