About the Role


Responsibilities

  • Allocate customer and supplier payments on QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records

  • Process supplier invoices, EFT payments, and account reconciliations

  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash, and Yoco transactions

  • Create and manage customer quotes, invoices, statements, and sales receipts

  • Follow up on outstanding customer accounts and ensure timely collections

  • Capture and manage customer orders on Trello and QuickBooks

  • Coordinate courier collections and deliveries and manage related administration

  • Place and manage stock orders with suppliers and resolve any delivery discrepancies

  • Update product costings and selling prices as required
