About the Role

  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance (advantageous).
