About the Role
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_** The TMBC Boat Sales and Service Manager position supervises TMBC Boat and ATV Sales and Service departments within the store. The role is responsible for merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, service, warranty, rigging, delivery, detail and parts, staff selection and development, team training and coaching, and customer service experience. Additional responsibilities include compliance with state and federal laws, and company policies and procedures.
