Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements Client: IsoTalent. Role company: Keystone Achievements. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Location: Colorado Springs, CO, on-site; also hiring in Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ. Full-time weekday schedule, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, no evenings or weekends. Compensation: $80K-$100K base plus monthly bonus opportunity. Start date: ASAP. Keystone Achievements is a mission-driven ABA therapy provider delivering individualized, trauma-informed, child-focused Applied Behavior Analysis services to children ages 2-20 with developmental disabilities and behavior disorders. This BCBA will serve as clinical leader for an assigned center-based team, designing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, supervising RBTs, mentoring newer BCBAs, and maintaining close family relationships.
