BMC Helix ITSM Consultant — Dubai Contract

Primis is seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in BMC Helix for a transformation programme in Dubai. This is a contract role with immediate start preferred. Responsibilities include configuring ITSM environments, managing incident, problem, change, and request modules, and integrating various tools.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of ITSM experience, strong knowledge of BMC Helix, and familiarity with ITIL v4 certification.
