Own Tier 3 Helix engineering: advanced troubleshooting, platform upgrades, complex workflow/config design, and integrations (SSO, APIs, monitoring, CMDB data pipelines) while leading problem management and root cause elimination.

- Advanced Incident & Problem Management (L3): Debug complex issues (data corruption, performance degradation, failed reconciliation jobs, integration failures), deliver RCA and permanent fixes .
- Upgrade & Patch Leadership: Plan and execute Helix upgrades/patches, including regression strategy, rollback planning, and production readiness validation.
- CMDB Architecture & Governance: Define CMDB governance standards (data model customization approach, dataset strategy, reconciliation/normalization rules, CI lifecycle controls).
