Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Operates (in automatic or manual mode if necessary), cleans and inspects for proper operation of equipment, from screens to paper unwinder at forming line. This includes: Blenders, Screens, Wax Kitchen, Resin Room and Equipment, Flight Conveyors, Formers, Hydraulic and Thermal oil rooms Inspects wax spray nozzles in surface and core blenders for proper operation. Cleans or replaces stopped or partially clogged nozzles. Checks, cleans, bags, or removes bags from atomizers when necessary. Through Blender Control Data and visual inspection, monitors equipment to assure proper operation and to prevent injury or damage to equipment.
