**Job Description Summary**
The Blade Repair Deployment Leader will lead and support the development and deployment of new blade repair technologies and tooling for our global Wind Service OM&U Business. They will also lead lean efforts for new and existing processes/capabilities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost.

As the Services Blade Repair Deployment Leader, you will:
+ Be the primary liaison between the Global Wind Services OM&U (Operations, Tooling Centers, EHS) and Wind Engineering (Blade Repairs, Systems Engineering, ARC, Repair & Installation Technology, Product Line, FPM) in the areas of Blade Repair programs.
+ Lead Global Validations & Beta Period of tooling/process products by working with Wind Engineering, Product Line, Regional Execution Teams, EHS and etc. to ensure timely and realistic trials; this will include the establishment of validation teams, identification of ...
