About the Role

Your challenges

  • Develop and execute EMEA go-to-market and sales strategies for direct and channel business, including pipeline building, forecasting, and performance management (CRM, MBR/QBR).

  • Drive the full direct sales cycle: identify and qualify leads, prepare proposals, conduct technical product demos (e.g., bioreactors, controllers, sensors), negotiate, and close deals.

  • Build, onboard, and manage channel partners across EMEA, including contracts, targets, enablement, and partner programs (pricing/discounts, deal registration).

  • Provide ongoing partner support through technical and commercial training, co-selling, joint customer visits, and assistance with quotations and tenders.

  • Deliver technical sales support and applications consulting for upstream bioprocessing (e.g., aeration/agitators, pH/DO control, PAT, scale-up) in cell culture and microbial fermentation, in close collaboration with inte...
