Biologics BD Director, DACH — Remote & Travel

Catalent is seeking a Business Development Director for Core Biologics in the DACH region. This remote position requires up to 60% travel and focuses on evaluating contract manufacturing opportunities with biopharma clients. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, excellent sales skills, and a degree in a scientific field. Responsibilities include developing new business, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
