This position is part of the Responsibilities Serves as a team lead and monitor and coordinate the work of Bookbinders, Bindery Machine Operators and Printing Plant Workers. Sets up the equipment by synchronizing the multiple workstations and making precise adjustments for sequencing, timing, and movement between stations to provide a continuous flow of work.
