BIM Modeller (UD2 – Civil & Structural)

The BIM Modeller (UD2 – C&S) supports the Civil & Structural (C&S) engineering team by producing high-quality BIM models, detailed drawings, and quantity schedules. The role requires close collaboration with both local and overseas teams to ensure coordinated, accurate, and timely project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models for C&S works, including preparation of general arrangement drawings, details, and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S engineering team.
• Prepare detailed drawings using CAD in accordance with project standards and requirements.
• Extract and produce quantity schedules using BIM tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP disciplines across local and international project teams.
