BIM Modeller

Job Description: To construct 3D BIM models and prepare drawings for submission to BIM Manager and consultant using the BIM software. Update the 3D model according to the latest information provided and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings. Generate 2D drawing, PID tagging, documentation, and As-Built BIM and detailing submission. Conduct BIM co-ordination with other disciplines such as clash detection, etc. Build-up, update, and enhance BIM objects, families, and other related templates for the Company. Develop virtual mock-up for modular design. Prepare BIM models and/or drawings for tender, including quantity take-off measurement. Assist the coordinators and BIM Manager on design and drafting matters. Job Requirements: Diploma in Architecture/Engineering/ Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of working experience in drafting for Architectural / Structural / Plumbing / Mechanical Trades is required.
