Job Overview

We are seeking a BIM Modeller (Plumbing) with experience in HDB projects to support our plumbing works. The primary focus of this role is BIM modelling, with occasional involvement in basic site coordination.

Responsibilities

• BIM Modelling (Main Scope): Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing systems.
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure all models comply with HDB standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and other trades to resolve clashes.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support submission drawings and documentation.
