About the Role
BIM Modeller (MEP-Fire Protection) KL & JB
We are looking for a BIM Modeller experienced in fire protection systems.
Responsibilities:
To develop and prepare technical shop drawings and as built drawings
· Prepare coordinated drawings
· Follow project BIM and fire safety standards
· Assist in clash checks and updates
To discuss and coordinate with Engineers/Supervisor for drafting input
Model fire protection systems (sprinkler, hydrant, alarm, etc.)
Any other responsibilities as requested by Superior / Management
Requirements:
Candidates must possess Diploma/Certificate in mechanical drafting / engineering
At least 2 years experience in mechanical drafting; preferably in fire protection services
Familiar with Revit Software and AUTOCAD software
Experience in fire protection/Life Safety BIM
Able to work independently and a team player
Possess initiative and self-motivated
