About the Role

            Roles & Responsibilities   Create precise and well-structured Architectural Revit (BIM) models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. 
Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings derived from BIM models, appropriately annotated for tender and construction purposes. 
Establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures, including sheet layouts, layering conventions, modeling processes, and drawing formats. 
Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring productive collaboration and delivery within deadlines. 
Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals. 
Possess strong expertise in Revit/BIM software, particularly in Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. 
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards.
